01General Overview
Welcome to Padra Designs. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Padra Designs' Website, located at padradesigns.com, and the engagement of our interior design services.
By accessing this website and/or engaging our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Padra Designs if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Padra Designs, registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
02Scope of Services
Padra Designs specializes in end-to-end interior design solutions, including but not limited to:
- Consultation & Design: Initial site survey, layout planning, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Modular Manufacturing: Factory-finish modular kitchens, wardrobes, and storage units.
- On-site Execution: False ceiling, electrical works, plumbing, painting, and flooring.
- Decor & Styling: Selection of loose furniture, lighting, and soft furnishings.
Please note: Any changes to the approved design after production has commenced will incur additional charges and may impact delivery timelines.
03Payment Terms
To ensure a smooth workflow, Padra Designs follows a strict stage-wise payment structure. All payments must be made via bank transfer, cheque, or authorized payment gateways.

04Project Timelines & Delays
We take pride in our 45-day delivery guarantee for standard modular projects. This timeline commences from the date of final design sign-off and receipt of the 40% production payment.
However, the timeline may be extended under the following circumstances:
- Delays in payment release by the client.
- Lack of site readiness (e.g., flooring or civil work not completed by client's contractor).
- Changes in design after the sign-off stage.
- Force Majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or civic restrictions in Bengaluru).
In the event of a delay caused solely by Padra Designs, we will pay a penalty of Rs. 1000 per day of delay, subject to a maximum cap of 5% of the total project value.
05Warranties & Liability
10-Year Warranty
Applicable on woodwork manufacturing defects, including delamination and bending.
1-Year Service Warranty
Covers hardware functionality (hinges, channels) and on-site workmanship issues.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by water leakage, dampness, or pest infestation (unless anti-termite treatment was part of the contract).
- Physical damage caused by misuse or negligence.
- Alterations made by third-party vendors.
06Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
- Before Design Phase: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and before any design work has started, 100% of the booking amount is refundable.
- During Design Phase: If cancelled after design work has commenced but before production, the 10% booking amount is non-refundable to cover design man-hours.
- After Production Starts: Once the 40% production payment is made and materials are cut, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as these are custom-made products.

Any legal disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
